Costume Supervisor

Dreamhawk Entertainment is seeking an experienced and fashion-forward Costume Supervisor to oversee wardrobe and costume management for our touring productions. From quick changes to couture, your creativity and organization will ensure every character and performer shines on stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the costume department during pre-production, tech rehearsals, and touring operations.
• Oversee costume fittings, alterations, repairs, and laundry schedules.
• Supervise dressers and costume assistants on tour.
• Maintain continuity of costumes and character looks across all tour stops.
• Collaborate with designers and creative directors to uphold visual integrity.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years experience in costume supervision or live event wardrobe management.
• Strong sewing, tailoring, and repair skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage costume logistics for multiple performers in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset — a true team player!

Location

This is a touring role. You must be willing and able to travel extensively.
