Raymond Takeda is the logistical maestro behind Dreamhawk Entertainment’s world-class touring productions. As Vice President of Show Production & Touring, he oversees the physical execution of every live experience—managing staging, crew operations, technical design, and tour routing with a sharp eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence. From concept development to opening night, Raymond ensures that every production not only meets the stage—it owns it.

A native of Hawaii, Raymond began his career producing cultural festivals and live events across the islands before relocating to Las Vegas to expand his expertise in corporate showcases and large-scale productions. It was in Vegas where he first crossed paths with Dreamhawk founder Barry Tidwell, collaborating on several high-profile brand experiences that would cement their creative rapport. Raymond eventually took his skills on the road, joining concert tour teams for globally recognized music artists, mastering the fast-paced, high-pressure world of arena-scale entertainment.

When Barry approached him to help spearhead the touring and production arm of the newly formed Dreamhawk Entertainment, Raymond considered it both a full-circle moment and a fresh challenge. He brings to the role a deep respect for cultural storytelling, a veteran’s intuition for live logistics, and an unwavering belief that magic happens when preparation meets passion. Whether it’s a single-city showcase or a global tour, Raymond is the force that makes sure the show always goes on—and blows the roof off.
